The Waning Gibbous Moon

The Waning Gibbous Moon

This moon phase is a great time for reflecting on what you've done this month. Now that you have raised the energy for creating the changes you want or manifesting the intention you chose, is there anything you need to let go of in order to fully integrate that change?

Is there any lingering grief or release that's needed from the work you did earlier in the month? If so, then this is the time to identify those issues and prepare for letting them go during the next moon phase, the third quarter moon, later this week

Have a great day!

  1. Interesting post :) I've never thought of how my energy cycles are affected by the moon, but it's something I will think about now as there's no doubt my energy levels vary significantly across each month. Thanks for posting!

    1. You're welcome, Nicola! Thanks for your comment. Yes, they can definitely be affected, even sometimes, without our knowing it.

  2. I don't think so. I've never honestly given a lot of though to the moon's stages except when it comes to planting my garden.

    1. Hi Suzanne! Thanks!! Yes, it does. You know, now that you mention it, maybe that was what was going on with my son last week. :)

  4. Oh that'll be why I feel teary today. And its Samhain here in the southern hemisphere today. I started to fear the moons cycles when we had two years of earthquakes. There was certainly more activity around the full moon.

    1. Oh yes, that definitely makes sense. And with Samhain and this moon phase creating a perfect storm, it's a great time to let go even deeper of people, situation, etc. that we've said goodbye to but might not be totally finished with emotionally.
