I have known since I was about 12 years old that I wanted to help people heal. In fact, I was sure that that was what I was meant to do with my life.
And
my first few years as a family counselor in an addictions treatment program,
and then, as a substance abuse therapist in an outpatient treatment center were
golden. I loved the work I was doing!
But
after about 16 years of individual and group therapy sessions, I had had
enough. I was so burnt out that I began to think that maybe I had been
completely wrong to choose this work. To choose that path.
So
I walked away.
I
had learned that talking wasn’t always enough. It had become clear to me that
healing required more than insight. So I began to explore and learn energy
healing techniques that I could combine with coaching to create the magic that would
help my clients transform their lives.

I
use every healing resource at my disposal to help people heal the things that
are in their way. That are keeping them stuck. And I help them connect to
possibility, to magic, to love, to who they truly are at core. I show them how
to set themselves free.
