The Ultimate Blog Challenge

Welcome!

It's the beginning of a month-long blog challenge held once a quarter, designed to help a group of bloggers discipline themselves to write every day and connect with each other for support. I have participated several times before and am looking forward both to the writing and to the chance to meet and connect with other bloggers.

Hello and welcome to all the other UBCers who have come to visit!

If you'd like to get to know me and this blog a bit, here is my welcome message.

Magic Moon Gazing

This month, I will be writing about how you can use each phase of the moon, harnessing its energy and power, for one wish or intention, or for several. You may know that the peak of the moon's power is during the full moon, but what you may not know is that the work you do beforehand and afterward are also important.

Tomorrow, we'll begin to look at each moon phase and what it can do for you, and then as we go through each phase this month, I'll explain them in more detail.  I'll also give you suggestions about what you can do to harness the energy of each phase for your own intentions.

Ready to make a wish?

See you tomorrow!

  1. Awesome idea! thank you for sharing!
I taught 5th grade for over 10 years, the oreo visual was a project we used often to help student 'see' the phases of the moon in a way they could connect with! :)

  3. Jeanine,

I love this idea and your graphic with the Oreos. I've always been interested in learning the phases of the moon and so I'll be following your blog this month. What fun! Take care.

Thanks so much for coming to visit and sharing your thoughts! Let me know where you are and I'll come say hello at your place next.

By the way, I know that sometimes my readers disagree with what I say here and I wanted to let you know that not only is it okay with me if you happen to as well, but you also are welcome to tell me so, as long as you do so kindly.

Have a great day!
