Spirit Animal Support & Music

Spirit Animal Support
and Music

This week, we are looking at ways to strengthen your connection with your inner guide. Yesterday, I suggested several essential oils you can try. Today, let's look at how spirit animal support can deepen your connection...

Spirit Animal Support

Elephant – “Elephant has a powerful capacity to perceive and discern both the revealed and the hidden.” –Joni Keim and Ruah Bull, Daily Aromatherapy: Transforming the Seasons of Your Life with Essential Oils

Turtle – “Turtle embodies earth’s mothering, nurturing and sustaining qualities.” –Joni Keim and Ruah Bull, Daily Aromatherapy: Transforming the Seasons of Your Life with Essential Oils

Music

Music can be such a powerful mood-changer and can create connection between people together in a crowd or across great distances. Find or choose the music that stirs you and gets you in touch with your deepest self and use it to enhance this connection to your inner guide.

My example here is a video that means a lot to me because of the nearly instant connection that was created in that moment. It uses the element of surprise, which often heightens the emotion that follows.

It may not become the song you use but may get you thinking about similar songs you know. Here it is…

Have a great day!

  2. I love listening to music. Sometimes it brings out good and bad memories, but then it allows me to rethink situations and resolve them.

    1. Sara, I love it, too! And I have been amazed at how sometimes the song playing on the radio in my head has just the message I need to hear at that time. Does that ever happen to you?

  3. Music is extremely powerful. I found that most of my memories are anchored to music. A certain song can bring up an exact moment for me.
Thank you for sharing. Found you from the UBC.

    1. Hi Katrina! Thanks so much for visiting from the UBC. Yes, I have found the same thing, that I hear a song and it takes me back to that time in my life. Sometimes to a specific moment in time.

Thanks so much for coming to visit and sharing your thoughts! Let me know where you are and I'll come say hello at your place next.

By the way, I know that sometimes my readers disagree with what I say here and I wanted to let you know that not only is it okay with me if you happen to as well, but you also are welcome to tell me so, as long as you do so kindly.

Have a great day!
