Last week, I suggested the importance of having an inner guide for this heroic journey to answer the call to create a deeper spiritual practice. We talked about how to connect with your guide here and here.

This week, I have ways you can deepen and strengthen that connection, starting today, with crystals.

Now that you have begun the relationship with your inner guide, here are some resources to help you sustain that connection or deepen it even further using crystals. Check back tomorrow and each day this week for other resources you can use.

Crystals 

Rose Quartz – holding a rose quartz crystal or even placing it nearby may help to increase your perception of love and tenderness.

Selenite – if you have been thinking of your guide as angelic, this is a great crystal to use because it generates angelic frequency so may draw angels near.

Aragonite – heightens spiritual communication

Fire Agate – is grounding and will deepen your sense of connection to earth energies.
