Finding Your Way on the Path

Finding Your Way on the Path

Yesterday, our focus was on identifying where you are right now in your own heroic story. Are you on the lower path or the higher path to which you have been called?

And this month, in general, you’ve chosen to begin the adventure of finding your own mystic path and story as we look within and follow the intention to create a deeper spiritual practice.

With all of this inner exploration, the goal is to let go of what no longer serves you.

Here are resources to support you on this first leg of the journey…

Walking Meditation

Take a five-minute walk amongst the trees and connect with their solid strength and grounding energy as you pass them by. Your goal is just to focus on your breathing and take in the sights and sounds around you.

Spirit Animal Support

Ask for hummingbird support. “Embody boldness. Dive on desire with courage.” –from the hummingbird manifesto. Sarah Seidelmann, What the Walrus Knows

Crystals

Grab selenite for calming and soothing but powerful support.

Raises frequency to angelic levels.

Essential Oils

Vanilla is both soothing and grounding.
Bergamot helps to open the heart.
Rosemary centers and promotes strength.
Rose comforts and helps you let go of fear.

Have a great day!

  1. Hello from a fellow UBC participant! I enjoyed this post, particularly the picture. The trees are majestic and soothing. I like the way you put that: "Take a five-minute walk amongst the trees and connect with their solid strength and grounding energy as you pass them by..." Great thought!

Thanks so much for coming to visit and sharing your thoughts! Let me know where you are and I'll come say hello at your place next.

By the way, I know that sometimes my readers disagree with what I say here and I wanted to let you know that not only is it okay with me if you happen to as well, but you also are welcome to tell me so, as long as you do so kindly.

Have a great day!
