Blog Plan for January: Settling in to the Deep

Blog Plan for January

January is part of the season of rest and comfort, but also turning within to listen so that we can hear the messages of our souls. It's a chance for communion with all that is, both within and without, and can be a deeply introspective and richly rewarding time.

That is my hope for you and for us, and I want to contribute to that here.

Obviously, participating in the Ultimate Blog Challenge makes this month busier for me than it might be, but I honored my own commitment to rest by writing each of these posts ahead of time and scheduling them to post each day. Also, my intention is to spend about an hour a day online and that includes the time it takes to connect with other UBC bloggers.

And I've chosen a couple of broad topics that I think fit the general theme I've just mentioned.

One is to consider the question of who we are being called to become and how that affects the story we tell or believe about ourselves. And the other is about creating a deeper daily spiritual practice.

Looking forward to your thoughts this month.

Have a great day!

    1. Oh, thanks, Kim! No problem (the whole UBC system means waiting until the whole comment process is complete and I never know if people are having a problem commenting or not, so I check in).

I appreciate your taking the time to watch and read. Good luck to you this month, as well!

Thanks so much for coming to visit and sharing your thoughts! Let me know where you are and I'll come say hello at your place next.

By the way, I know that sometimes my readers disagree with what I say here and I wanted to let you know that not only is it okay with me if you happen to as well, but you also are welcome to tell me so, as long as you do so kindly.

Have a great day!
