A Virtual Retreat to Start the Journey

Your Virtual Mini-Retreat:
Step Inside...

I've created a virtual mini-retreat for you to begin this month of introspection that may help you identify your soul's intention for you this season. I've used it before as a dark of the moon meditation, but it will work during this January new moon phase we're in right now, too.

To get started, you can click the link above now to head on over to the retreat or start here with a little relaxation...

As you begin the retreat, you first want to make sure you are very comfortable and relaxed.

So settle back into a comfy position and begin to watch your breathing as you breathe in deeply and slowly. Breathe deep from your belly and notice how your belly rises and releases as you inhale and exhale slowly. Take several slow, deep breaths and mentally release any tension or stress that attached itself to you today.

Let it all go. Watch it fly far away in a great big balloon that gets smaller and smaller until it is absorbed into loving energy and transmuted. And speaking of loving energy, imagine that above you is a giant jar of warm, golden love energy that is cascading over you, helping you feel secure and warm and comfortable as you continue to relax.

When you feel fully relaxed, you are ready to begin…

Have a great day!

    1. Oh good, Jackie! Here's hoping you have a bath bomb handy. But I'm sorry to hear you don't relax easily. I sometimes have trouble with it, too, which may be why I focus on it so much in my work. :)

  2. Lovely! The exercise seems like something I can do daily. A great idea for breaks when the day get a little overwhelming. Your blog looks different since the last challenge. Did you do a makeover recently?

    1. Hi Carlana! Thanks!! Yes, I did. I had it all dressed up for Christmas and then once that was over, decided to give it a new look.

Thanks so much for coming to visit and sharing your thoughts! Let me know where you are and I'll come say hello at your place next.

By the way, I know that sometimes my readers disagree with what I say here and I wanted to let you know that not only is it okay with me if you happen to as well, but you also are welcome to tell me so, as long as you do so kindly.

Have a great day!
