Moon Healing: Is it Crazy to Gaze at the Moon?

Moon Healing
& Gazing at the Moon

Crazy?

I don't think so. But someone who was once very important to me used to think so. And I'm sure other people do as well.

On the face of it, spending time under moonlight, or gazing at the moon doesn't really make sense. Unless you know how powerful it is.

Have you experienced the power of the moon? To find out how I fell in love with the moon and discovered its power, click here.

Empower Your Intentions ...

Consider this: Just gazing at the full moon will empower any intention you are clear about & are holding in your mind.

An intention for moon healing, or for finding love, or for abundance. Whatever it is, you can empower it just by gazing at the moon.

Five Steps for Healing with the Moon ...

(1) Choose your first moon wish or intention.

(2) Create and use moon ritual to empower it.

(3) Create crystal layouts and healing elixirs that will layer in additional healing.

(4) Find out what has been keeping you from manifesting it.

(5) Heal it.

Once you complete those five steps, use the next full moon to supercharge your moon wish and create the path for manifesting it unhindered by the blocks you've just healed.

More Moon Healing ...

For more help with using the moon for healing, read my new book: Moon Healing for Mystics & Healers: How to Use the Phases of the Moon to Create the Life You Want.

So what do you think? Are we moongazers crazy, or might we be on to something?

Have a great weekend!

  1. I find moon gazing to be therapeutic, and just downright helpful in connecting to Spirit. Unlike, say, the sun, we can stare at the moon as long as we want for focus, prayer, etc.

    1. Yes, we can! I agree about it being a great way to connect and that's one of the things I love about doing it. I'm glad you find it therapeutic, too!!

Thanks so much for coming to visit and sharing your thoughts! Let me know where you are and I'll come say hello at your place next.

By the way, I know that sometimes my readers disagree with what I say here and I wanted to let you know that not only is it okay with me if you happen to as well, but you also are welcome to tell me so, as long as you do so kindly.

Have a great day!
