What it Means to Be a Healer ~ Doreen Virtue

I believe I mentioned last week that according to Doreen Virtue, those of us who are Earth Angels got our first "assignments" early by being given to our dysfunctional, wounded or hurting families.

And I love her assertion that no matter what happened in our families, whether they ever got it together or not, that "first assignment" was a success because we brought life and love and light into whatever darkness was present. Beautiful!

But I also want to share what she means when she says "healer" or "lightworker" or "Earth Angel"...

"Do you feel different from other people, as if you were dropped off on this planet and wonder when someone's coming to take you home? If so, then you may be an Earth Angel, which is another term for 'lightworker,' ...or one of the other words used to describe a person who incarnated for the express purpose of helping the world be a better place. Does Everyone Have an Earth Angel Realm?

Does everyone come from an Earth Angel realm?

This is a question that was asked over and over during the time I was taking the course to become a certified angel realm reader. In her books, Doreen Virtue identifies Earth Angel as another term for lightworker and she suggests that Earth Angels have come here with a specific lightworker life purpose.

So the real question is, are we all lightworkers?

The Starperson Angel Realm

In Thursday's post, last week, we took a beginning look at the Starperson angel realm. Many Starpeople have a sense of feeling different, and a longing for home, that is not fully explained until they know that this is their realm.

The Incarnated Starperson

If you’re an Incarnated Starperson, it’s possible that this is your very first lifetime here on earth. And since Star people are a gentle sort, they often find themselves completely overwhelmed by the harshness and the violence of life on this planet, and may find themselves with a longing for “home” that they can’t quite explain.

Are You an Elemental?

Last week, in Wednesday's post, we began our exploration of the Elemental earth angel realm. Let's take a deeper look today into all things elemental.

Going Deeper into Faerie

“In the spiritual Elemental kingdom, the fairies, elves, and others hold nightly parties filled with dancing, singing, storytelling, and laughter. They know the spiritual value of joy!” –Doreen Virtue, Realms of the Earth Angels 

So if you are an Elemental, you probably also are pretty good at having a good time.

Other Personality Traits

But even though Elementals like to have fun, have a great sense of humor, and can sometimes be the life of the party, it may surprise you to know that they sometimes would rather be with their animals or their plants than with people.

Elementals are often quite private and need lots of alone time and whenever possible, should spend that time in nature. It will help to restore them.

Wise One, Revisited

A Second Look at Wise Ones

Last week, we began to explore the Wise One realm.

If you are a Wise One, then that means that you have had many lifetimes on earth, and that you have the wisdom to show for it. It also means that you have a magical spiritual family-of-origin with priestesses and wizards and others who could manifest with magic.

The Incarnated Angel Realm

 

This month, we've been exploring Earth Angel realms, and last week, on Monday, we began taking a brief look at Incarnated Angels. So I'm going to continue that exploration today and give you a couple more interesting tidbits about this realm.

 

Incarnated Angels

If you are an Incarnated Angel, then that may mean that no matter what your other lifetimes have been like, your most recent one was angelic. It also means that you have an angelic spiritual family-of-origin.

Health Challenges

The Elemental Realm

Elementals are a delight to those who know them, because they are often so much fun to be around. If you are an elemental, then your sense of humor is one of your best defenses against the stress of life.

Doesn’t mean you don’t get angry at times. Elementals can have quite a temper.

But part of your purpose is based on your deep love of nature and being in nature is a great way to return to peace. Does that feel like you or someone you know?

We're taking a look at the four core angel realms this week, and next week, and today, we begin our look at Wise Ones.

The Wise Ones have had many lifetimes here on earth and have accumulated a lot of wisdom that they are now here to share in this lifetime.

If this is you, I bet you wish more people would just get over themselves and take your advice! They come to you for advice, and then, for some strange reason, don’t take it. Am I right?

Because they have such depth & wisdom, Wise Ones may have a heavier energy, and may be more serious and intense. Does this description sound like you or anyone you know?

Earth Angels: The 4 Core Realms ~ Which One's Yours?

Which of the Core Realms is Yours?

Do you know your earth angel realm?

This month, we are exploring the connection between being a lightworker or healer and having an angel realm that was your spiritual family-of-origin when you were in spirit, before you came to earth for this lifetime. In her work on earth angel realms, Doreen Virtue identified 4 core realms and that's what we will take a look at in today's post.

Knowing your angel realm may help you feel more at home here because you’ll know that you weren’t just dropped off randomly, but are here for a specific purpose, and that you are backed up by support from your spiritual family-of-origin.

Intro to The Core Realms 

You are likely to find "home" in one of the following core realms, or in a blend of two or more of them. There are four core realms: incarnated angel, wise one, elemental and starperson.

Incarnated Angel: If you are an incarnated angel, then you have had at least one lifetime as an angel ~possibly your most recent one~ and have come back in human form to help us out.

Wise One: This realm is the one that is age-old in spirit. If you are a Wise One, then you have had lots of lifetimes here on Earth and Earth is likely to feel like home.

Elemental: This is the faerie realm and it includes faeries, elves, leprechauns, mermaids and more.

Starperson: This realm has always felt different, and sometimes been teased for it. This is the E.T. realm, and the need to "phone home" can be pretty intense, even when it's not fully conscious.

For the next couple of weeks, we will look at one of these realms each day and I'll tell you a little more about them. Stick with me, this month, and you may discover that one or more feels like a fit for you.

How to Identify Your Angel Realm

How is it possible to identify an angel realm?

The idea of becoming human when your actual spiritual home is an angelic realm seems mysterious and otherwordly, doesn't it? Even if you suspect that "you're not from around here," how would you be able to figure out where home is for you?

Well, actually, your angel realm leaves clues all over you that any good realm detective will notice. :)

(1) People look like their realms: you can see it in their eyes, and in other physical indicators in their appearance.

(2) People act like their realms: so your stubbornness and great sense of humor that you've always thought you git from your Aunt Martha may also be markers for your angel realm.

Do You Know Your Earth Angel Realm?

What's Your Earth Angel Realm?

As you know, this month, we're talking about all things angel realm!

The angel realm reading process is based on the premise that you were alive in spirit before you came to earth. The earth angel realm reading helps you to identify your spiritual family-of-origin. And it suggests that this angel realm left clues all over you about where you came from and what you are here to do and become.

We can see it in the things you like or are afraid of, the things you avoid, the way you express yourself and the relationship issues you can't seem to get past.

My own experience with discovering my realm is that it explains so much about me that seemed not to fit before.

Everything makes sense now, including the things about me that I didn't think fit anywhere. I understand now why I made some of the choices I've made, and I understand some of the ones I was unable to make.

I know now why I think of myself as a loner. I understand my oddness in a way I never have before and am clearer about which life purpose possibilities will make me happy & which are likely to be dead ends.
